Andrew, a native of Southern California, demonstrated a profound dedication to serving his country from a young age. Upon graduating high school, he embarked on a journey that led him to the United States Army Infantry School in Fort Benning, Georgia. It was there that he honed his skills and deepened his commitment to serving others.

Having traversed the globe during his military career, Andrew eventually concluded this chapter of his life at Fort Hood, Texas. Seeking new horizons, he made the decision to transition into the corporate world. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Andrew founded a successful traffic control business in Austin, Texas, swiftly immersing himself in the dynamic movie and event industry.

In 2015, Andrew pivoted once again, this time venturing into the realm of real estate. It was during this transition that he crossed paths with his future business partner, Matthew Felter. Together, they founded the Lake Felter Realty Group in San Antonio, Texas, rapidly earning a reputation as a prominent force in the local real estate market.

With a wealth of experience gleaned from both military and corporate spheres, Andrew brings a distinctive skill set to the real estate industry.
