I am a full-time Real Estate Agent with a “People and Communication First” approach to Real Estate. I have spent 22-plus years enjoying immersing myself in the different communities of New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, San Marcos, San Antonio, Seguin, and Boerne. I absolutely love this area, communities, and the care that is taken to keep these communities unique to Texas. I have 10 years and counting of Real Estate Experience in these areas as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. I hold several Designations including GRI, RENE, SRS, ABR, SFR, RSPS, PSA, and TRLS. I am continually seeking education to assist my clients and provide excellent service. I come from a family that has Real Estate Agents and Property Managers on both sides. It’s in my blood. Growing up surrounded by Real Estate has built my passion and I believe that EVERYONE should have their own home. I see owning a home as a source of building one’s own wealth and stability for themselves and future family generations. I have built my career up from Leasing and Property Management to Buying and Selling Homes. I enjoy navigating the way for First Time Home Buyers. As well as, helping Buyers with goals of buying a second home or building a portfolio in Residential Real Estate.

When I work with Sellers, I apply my experience of working with Buyers. I help Sellers understand how a potential buyer will perceive their home in the marketplace and help them to negotiate effectively to get top dollar in their market. Homes are no longer cookie-cutter homes, and neither are communities. For this reason, I build the marketing of my Seller’s homes around the individual home. Whatever your goals are, my goal is to help you navigate and meet your goal in buying and selling a home. When I’m not helping my Real Estate Clients, I enjoy time with my husband and our kids. I enjoy fishing, boating at Canyon Lake, riding my motorcycle, and gardening. In the last year, I’ve grown an interest in golf.
